• Event Sponsor -- Gold – $5,000.00
  Includes four conference registrations; on-site exhibit booth; access to attendee list (by request); Logo on all promotional materials and on-site signage; an insert (supplied by sponsor) within all conference attendee promotional bags; and promotional video spots aired in the main session area during various event breaks.
  
  Package is fully refundable thru Sept. 16; 50% refundable after that date.
• Event Sponsor -- Platinum – $7,500.00
  Includes five conference registrations; on-site exhibit booth; access to attendee list (by request); logo on all promotional materials and on-site signage; an insert (supplied by sponsor) within all conference attendee promotional bags; and promotional video spots aired during various event breaks in the main session room.
  
  Package is fully refundable thru Sept. 16; 50% refundable after that date.
• Event Sponsor -- Silver – $2,750.00
  Includes three conference registrations; on-site exhibit booth; access to attendee list (by request); logo on all promotional materials and on-site signage; an insert (supplied by sponsor) within all conference attendee promotional bags.
• Exhibitor (In Person) – $1,400.00
  Includes one full conference registration, one 6 ft. clothed and skirted table with two chairs, access to meal functions and reception within the Exhibit Area for each representative purchased per booth space, recognition on other conference marketing materials, your company’s name promoted on the AAMN website and in pre-event newsletters.
  
  This package is fully refundable thru Sept. 16; 50% refundable after that date.
• Meal Sponsorships
  Individual meal sponsorships are available for Thursday's Awards Dinner, Friday's breakfast, Friday's lunch and Saturday's breakfast.
